Last updated: 4 November 2026
Medical Mentoring Institute (“MMI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by ANDCA Pty Ltd (ABN 52 648 663 049) and is based in Sydney, Australia. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and the choices and rights you have in relation to it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information when you choose to provide it to us, for example when you send an enquiry through the contact form or register for an event. The information we may collect includes:
- Contact form details — your name, email address, professional role or organisation, and the message you provide. Enquiries are delivered to MMI by email.
- Event registration details — the details you provide when you register for an event such as the Executive Preview. These are collected through our registration system (GoHighLevel). Payment is processed by Stripe; card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored on this website.
- Correspondence — any personal information you include in emails or other communications you send to us.
- Technical information — standard information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and referring pages. This may be processed by the third-party services embedded in this website, as described in section 5.
We do not collect sensitive information within the meaning of the APPs unless you voluntarily provide it in a message. Where you do, we will handle it in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To register you for, administer, and communicate with you about events and programmes, including the Executive Preview and the ELITE programme.
- To process payments for events, where applicable.
- To send you updates about MMI, but only where you have explicitly agreed to receive them.
- To maintain records for internal administration, quality, and legal compliance.
- To operate and secure this website.
We do not add people who send an enquiry to any mailing list unless they have explicitly agreed to receive updates. We will only use your personal information for the purpose for which it was collected, or for a related purpose you would reasonably expect, unless we obtain your consent or are required or authorised by law to do otherwise.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With trusted service providers who assist us in operating this website, taking event registrations and payments, or running our business, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to a lawful request.
- In connection with a reorganisation, merger, or sale of our business, subject to confidentiality protections.
4. Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Information submitted through this website may be stored and processed using third-party infrastructure located in Australia or overseas.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law, and then securely destroy or de-identify it.
5. Cookies and Third-Party Services
We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. This website embeds third-party services, including GoHighLevel forms, Stripe, and web fonts. These services may process technical information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.
